That's a real sick wobbly synth you've got going. However the intro goes on a bit too long man.
The second melody, if i were you i'd change that synth or just distort it and make it a bit squarer.
Get a little bit more going on and this shitll be pro.

Levels, dude
Work with the EQ So that you can hear the guitar over the drums. Your tone sounds really flat, too much crunch eating up the melody. Dont be afraid to sacrifice the quality a bit for volume, at least then you can hear it. Consider turning down the drive in your preamp and just turning up the volume, youll get natural distortion anyway with the volume.
Try this:
Collaborate. Find someone who plays guitar. lay down the back track, then have them play this and record it. and there ya go, full song.
